How do I return or exchange a damaged item?

Returns and exchanges are handled by the retailer that stocks your item, and instructions are included in your order package. If your item arrives damaged, contact the retailer to request a return or exchange. 

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact the retailer’s Customer Care team via their help page for guidance.
