Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, the retailer will provide tracking information, including a tracking number and estimated delivery time in your Lyst confirmation email. Please allow the indicated shipping time for your order to arrive.

If tracking information is unavailable or unclear, contact the retailer directly, they can provide more accurate updates or investigate with the courier. Newly dispatched orders may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

For delayed orders, reach out to the retailer if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. They can check the status and, if needed, initiate an investigation with the courier.

If you miss a delivery attempt, follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel from a designated pick-up point. For orders that appear lost, contact the retailer immediately for guidance on refunds, replacements, or further tracking updates.
