Why did my order fail?

Sometimes orders fail due to reasons such as the item going out of stock, a rejected payment, changes in price or shipping, issues with a promo code, or the retailer not accepting the address.

In these cases, your order will be automatically canceled and you won’t be charged—any pending charge should clear within 5–7 business days.

You may be able to reorder the item if it is still available; just ensure that your billing address matches your card’s registered address, and that your card’s details are correct.
