Once your Lyst account is created, the email address cannot be changed. If you want to use a new email, you’ll need to create a new Lyst account with a unique email that isn’t already linked to another account.
If you wish to delete your account, refer to ‘How to Delete your Lyst Account’.
You can reset your password anytime via your account settings.
And to unsubscribe from emails, you can:

Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Lyst email.

Lyst App: Go to Settings > Emails & notifications and toggle off categories.

Lyst Website: Log in, navigate to Account > Settings, and manage your email preferences.
