There are two ways to delete your Lyst account:

Contact Lyst Customer Care
- Submit your account deletion request here.
- You’ll receive a verification email; reply with “Yes Delete” or “Don't Delete” to confirm.
- Ensure you have access to your email account, as this is a two-step process.
- Once confirmed, your account deletion will be processed.

Use the Lyst App
- Log in to your account in the app.
- Go to Settings and select “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
What Happens After Account Deletion?
You will be logged out, and your profile will be permanently removed. All associated personal data will be erased from our databases.
Can You Change Your Mind?
If you change your mind, you can create a new account with a different email address, but you won’t be able to recover the original account once it’s been deleted.
Retrieving a Deleted Account
Once your account and data have been deleted, they cannot be retrieved. You can, however, create a new account with a different email if you wish to return to Lyst.
