Who do I contact if my item is damaged?

Lyst is the definitive fashion shopping platform, used by millions of shoppers globally to search and discover the world’s biggest and best selection of fashion brands and stores. As a search platform, we don’t stock or commercialise items, but our website and app will help you find what you’re looking for from over 12,000 partners.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact the retailer to request an exchange or return.

The retailer that stocks your item will deal with any returns and exchanges, and this information should be included in your package.

Please note that items that become damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered damaged. However, if you are unsure, please contact the retailer’s Customer Care team for further assistance.
