What's the shipping policy?

How do I find this information?

The shipping information can be found on the product page of the item: if you click "shipping and returns" information, you will be able to see the retailer’s policy. Many of our retailers will offer international shipping.

Please make sure that you have selected your country by using the drop-down list on the top right-hand side of the Lyst App or website. 

If you click on an item or on the "shop now" button, you will be redirected to the retailer's website where you will be able to view their shipping and returns policy.

To get in touch with the retailer and find out more about your order, please follow these steps:

  • Visit the Customer Care section on the retailer's site for more information and to find out how you can get in touch.
  • When contacting the retailer, make sure you include your order reference number as well as your full name, the email address used to place the order, and your billing address.
