Italist Returns and Order Policy

Italist requires that all returns are initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are shipped back to Italy via DHL, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and courier charges. Exceptions apply if the item is defective, incorrect, or inaccurately described, in which case Italist covers all return fees.

Returns can be processed through the Italist Returns Portal. Instructions are provided by contacting Italist’s customer care team at customercare@italist.com. Customers can also reach out to the same contact for support with order status updates.

Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. Cancellations may be possible before the order is shipped, but this must be confirmed directly with Italist customer care.

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, customers should leave all tags intact and contact Italist’s customer care team immediately for further instructions. In such cases, Italist will cover the full cost of the return.
