What is Italist's return policy?
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- All returns must go back to Italy via DHL, and additional customs fees may apply.
- Return shipping costs, customs fees, and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or inaccurately described.
