What is Italist's return policy?

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
  • All returns must go back to Italy via DHL, and additional customs fees may apply.
  • Return shipping costs, customs fees, and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or inaccurately described.

How can I request a return or check my order status?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Cancellations may be possible before shipping; you’ll need to contact Italist customer care for assistance.

  • Italist will cover 100% of return fees for defective or incorrect items.
  • Do not remove any tags and contact their customer care team immediately for further instructions.
