FARFETCH Returns and Order Policy

FARFETCH accepts returns within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that items are in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging included. Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear without hygiene stickers, and custom-made products, are non-returnable.

Return requests and order status checks can be managed directly through the FARFETCH Returns Portal, accessible by logging into your FARFETCH account.

Order modifications or cancellations may only be possible before an order has been fully processed. To check eligibility, customers must contact FARFETCH Customer Service at customercare@farfetch.com.
