Vitkac accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Final sale and personalised items are non-returnable.
Return requests and order tracking can be managed directly through the Vitkac Returns Portal in your account. The portal also allows you to follow the progress of your return once it has been initiated.
Order modifications or cancellations may only be possible before processing begins. To check eligibility, customers must contact Vitkac Customer Service at support@vitkac.com.
