Yoox Returns and Order Policy

Yoox accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, boxes, and accessories. Final sale items, personalized products, and certain intimate items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable.

Return requests and order tracking can be managed directly through your Yoox account, following the instructions for returns in their portal. More details are available on Yoox’s Returns Page.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested by contacting Yoox Customer Service at customerservice@yoox.com. Due to fast order processing, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Additional support, including webform, phone, live chat, and email contacts, is available on their website.
