Order cancellations can be made directly with the retailer that your order was placed through.
Your order has been made with one of Lyst's retailers who will arrange the shipping of your order. To cancel or amend your order you will need to contact the retailer directly. We recommend contacting the retailer as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to, or cancel, your order.
Please note that once an order has been placed amendments and cancellations are not always possible and will be at the retailer’s discretion.
- You can find the retailer name by checking your confirmation email or in your Lyst order history.
- To check your order history log in to Lyst and select “account”.
- (Please note if you checked out as a guest the order will not be saved in your history).
