Lyst sends different types of emails, including notifications, promotions, and newsletters. You can choose to unsubscribe from all emails or customize your preferences to receive only the emails that interest you

Via Email: Open any Lyst marketing email, scroll to the bottom, and click Unsubscribe, then follow the prompts.

Through the Lyst App: Go to Settings > Emails & notifications and toggle off the categories you don’t want. (The app lets you control six categories, including Special Offers, Promotions, New & Exclusive, and Stock & Sales Alerts.)

On the Lyst Website: Log in, go to Account > Settings, and update your email preferences.
