Who handles the delivery of my order?

Lyst does not select the courier for your order; it depends on the couriers the retailer works with. Once your order ships, the retailer will provide tracking details, including the courier’s name and a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

For any delivery issues, such as delays or missed deliveries, contact the retailer, who can liaise with the courier on your behalf. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel.

Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties, may apply depending on your location and the courier’s policies, these are the buyer’s responsibility and are beyond Lyst’s control.
