Pending Charges For Cancelled/Failed Orders

Why is there a pending charge on my account?
Any pending charges are a pre-authorisation and not an actual debit, which means that no funds have been taken. The pending charge is a standard bank process associated with pre-authorisations.

How long does the pending charge last?
The pre-authorisation typically clears within 5-7 business days. It won't appear as a refund but will be removed from your bank statement and will not appear as a charge. 

What if the pending charge doesn't clear?
If it hasn't cleared within the specified time, please contact the Lyst Customer Care team via customercare@ly.st or reach out to your bank for clarification.
