Once your order has successfully been placed with the retailer, Lyst will send you a confirmation email.
After the retailer has received your order, it will also send you an email to confirm that your order has been accepted.
Should a problem occur with your order, Lyst will email you to inform you about the error encountered.
If you haven’t received the Lyst confirmation email please:
a) Check your junk and spam folders.
b) Contact the Lyst Customer Care team here and include the following:
- Your LY order number
- The email address you used to place your order
