Once your order has been placed successfully with the retailer Lyst will send you a confirmation email. After the retailer has received your order they will also send a confirmation via email.
If you haven’t received the Lyst confirmation email please check your junk / spam folder.
On the rare occasion that there was a problem placing your order with the retailer, Lyst will email you to confirm.
If you haven’t had an update on your order please contact Lyst customer care and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used to place your order
- Your billing address
