Where is my Order Confirmation Email?

How will I know if my order has been successfully placed? Lyst will send you a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed with the retailer.

When will I receive delivery and tracking information for my order? The retailer shipping your order will send your delivery and tracking information as soon as your item has been dispatched.

What happens if my order is unsuccessful? In the rare occasion that your order is unsuccessful, Lyst will still send you an email to inform you about the error.

What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email? If you haven't received your confirmation email:

  • Check your junk and spam folders.
  • Contact the Lyst Customer Care team via customercare@ly.st and include the following:
    • Your full name
    • Your LY order number
    • The email address you used to place your order
