Who processes/delivers my order?
The retailer that you purchased from will process your order and manage the delivery. They are responsible for the fulfilment and logistics of your purchase.
Can I amend my order after I purchase or if it’s been shipped?
Amendments are not always possible, once the order has been purchased or shipped. However, if you need to make changes, it's recommended to contact the retailer directly as soon as possible.
How can I amend/cancel my order?
- Contact the retailer you purchased from (you can find the name of the retailer on your order confirmation).
- Include essential details when contacting the retailer, such as your order number, full name, email address used to place the order, and billing address.
What if I don't receive a response from the retailer?
