How do I amend my order?

Lyst is an online marketplace where you can shop items from retailers around the world.

The retailer that stocks your item will process your order and arrange delivery. If you would like to amend your order please contact the retailer directly.

Please note that amendments are not always possible once the order has been submitted or after the order has been shipped.

For example if your order is with Lane Crawford and you would like to amend the size of the item for your order please go on their contact page and get in touch with them directly.

  • The retailer's name can be found on the product page, underneath the product name and sizing information and on your Lyst confirmation email.
  • Your retailer order number can be found on your Lyst confirmation email.
  • You can visit the customer care section on the retailer's site for more information or to get in touch with the retailer directly.
  • Please include your order reference number as well as your full name and billing address when contacting the retailer.
