How can I change my shipping option after I have placed my order?

To change your shipping option after your order has been placed please contact the retailer as soon as possible for assistance.

Please note that amendments are not always possible once the order has been submitted or after the order has been shipped.

When contacting the retailer please make sure you quote your order reference number as well as your full name and billing address.

For example if your order is with Lane Crawford and you would like to change the shipping address for your order please go on their contact page and get in touch with them directly.

  • To check your order history log in to Lyst and select “account”.
    (Please note if you checked out as a guest the order will not be saved in your history).
