Why did I get an email from Klarna?

Klarna is our payment provider. Trusted by thousands of companies, including Superdry and AllSaints.

You will see the names Klarna and Lyst on your credit card receipt and statement, not the retailer’s name. However, you won’t be able to use Klarna as a form of payment. Kindly, use one of the following cards to pay at Lyst: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.

Once you have completed your order on Lyst, you will receive an email from our payment partner Klarna. This is to confirm that your payment was securely processed, and the email will contain contact information for Klarna, should you have further questions or queries about your payment.
