Why did I get 3 different order confirmation emails?

You will receive three emails after placing your order: two from Lyst and one from the retailer you have placed your order from.

  • Lyst order confirmation (Order being processed)
  • Lyst order confirmation (LY# included) 
  • Retailer order confirmation

Once you have completed your order on Lyst, you will get an email confirming we have received your request. You will receive a second email as soon as your order request is accepted, which will confirm that your order has been successfully processed. The last email sent out by the retailer will inform you of the estimated delivery date and contain any available tracking information.
Please note that it can take up to 12 hours for your order to be accepted. However, it is usually much faster than this.
