Why did I get 3 different order confirmation emails?

You may receive three emails after you place your order; one from Lyst, one from the retailer and another from Klarna our payment partner.

  1. Once you have completed your order on Lyst.com, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order request
  2. As soon as your order has been accepted by the retailer, you will receive a confirmation email from them also. This will inform you of the estimated delivery date and contain any available tracking information. (Please note that it can take up to 12 hours for your order to be accepted by the retailer, but is usually much faster than this).
  3. Additionally, you may receive a payment confirmation from our payment partner Klarna. This is to confirm that your payment was securely processed, and will contain contact information for Klarna should you have further questions or queries about your payment.
