Why did I get 3 different order confirmation emails?

As a search platform, we don’t stock or commercialise items, but our website and app will help you find what you’re looking for from over 12,000 partners.

You will receive three emails after placing your order: two from Lyst and one from the retailer you have placed your order from.


Once you have completed your order on Lyst, you will get an email confirming we have received your request.

You will receive a second email as soon as your order request is accepted, which will confirm that your order has been successfully processed.

The last email, sent out by the retailer, will inform you of the estimated delivery date and contain any available tracking information.

•The first email will be received after you have placed your order.

•The second one will be a confirmation of the accepted order.

•The third email, sent by the retailer, will contain your shipping information.

Please note that it can take up to 12 hours for your order to be accepted. However, it is usually much faster than this.
