Why are items flagged as "back-in-stock"?
Items are marked as "back-in-stock" when they become available again with the retailer, often due to inventory refreshes.
Why aren't unavailable items removed from the website?
Lyst keeps these items visible so customers can track potential restocks, allowing them to set alerts for when items are available again.
How to Set a "Back-in-Stock" Alert
Visit the item page on Lyst, and click on the heart next to the item. When an item is restocked, Lyst will send you an email or a push notification on the Lyst app.
Can I Be Notified When a Specific Size is Back in Stock?
Yes, if your preferred size is out of stock, click "Notify me" in the size picker to receive a back-in-stock notification. You can also use the "Mysize" filter to save your size preferences, which will be automatically applied to future searches.
Removing Items from Your Saved List
To delete items from your saved list, go to "Account," select the heart icon, locate the item, and un-click the heart to remove it. If you wish to remove all notifications you can update your preference in the settings under 'Emails & notifications'.
