How can I delete my Lyst account? There are two ways to delete your Lyst account:
Contact Lyst Customer Care:
- Submit your account deletion request here.
- Upon receiving your request, we will send a separate email to verify your account.
- Reply to that email with “Yes Delete” or “No Delete.”
- Please ensure you have access to the account as this is a 2-way process.
- Once we receive your confirmation, we will process the account deletion.
Using the Lyst App:
- Log in to your account using the Lyst App.
- Go to Settings.
- At the bottom, click on “Delete account.”
What happens after I delete my Lyst account? Firstly, you will be logged out, and your Lyst profile will be removed. Then all the personal data associated with your account will be erased from our databases.
Can I change my mind after initiating the account deletion process? Yes, if you change your mind, you can create a new account on Lyst using a different email address. However, it's crucial to note that once your data has been erased from our database, you won't be able to recover the same account.
What if I don't receive the verification email for account deletion? If you don't receive the verification email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact Lyst Customer Care for assistance.
Is there any way to retrieve my account after deletion? Once your data has been erased from our database, retrieval of the same account is not possible. If you wish to use Lyst again, create a new account using a different email address.
