How do I get a refund?

As a search platform, we don’t stock or commercialise items, but our website and app will help you find what you’re looking for from over 12,000 partners.

We partner with retailers from all over the world. Refund policies are specific to each individual retailer and will therefore vary depending on the item you wish to purchase.

Refunds are issued by the retailer once the item has been received back by its returns department.

Once the retailer has issued your refund, Lyst’s payment partner Klarna will automatically credit this back to your original payment account.

If you have questions about the status of your return and/or refund, it is best to contact the retailer directly through its dedicated Customer Care team as they will have the most up-to-date information.
