In the rare case that the order is no longer in stock with the retailer, it will be automatically cancelled, and you will not be charged. Any pending charge will be cleared from your account within 5-7 business days.
Why did this happen?
Lyst updates stock information throughout the day, and in this case, there was a slight delay in this information being updated, leading to the out of stock message.
What are the next steps after an order failure?
Lyst will email you as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee the item will be back in stock, you can set an alert to be notified:
- Log in to your Lyst account or sign up.
- On the website, click on "Track Deals" on the right side of the item, or use the Lyst heart on the app to add the item to your wish-list.
How will I be notified if the item is back in stock?
Lyst will email you or send a push notification on the Lyst app if the item comes back in stock with the retailer.
Is there a guarantee the item will be available again?
There's no guarantee, but Lyst hopes the item becomes available again for you soon!
